Down to earth and authentic to name a few things. For the culture we can call him a Kobe-like coach that holds you accountable for deliverables. If I could identify a single word to describe my experience with E. It would be transformative. With all the mental stressors that come with transitioning in life or career, E. has an optimistic and engaging perspective on goal setting and change in mindset. He gives consistent/diligent support. His advice is tailored to your personal aspirations and his suggestions and insight make you feel confident that you truly had a one of a kind tailored experience that could not be found elsewhere. He provided me with so many resources and guidance beyond what I was looking . Now I not only have what I needed to market myself he helped me develop an undeniably successful strategy and a process. I didn't feel lost or overwhelmed I had steps to get started. He has perfected an ability to form interpersonal connection and believes in you out the gate.
